ROC in conjunction with BANGARANG will throw it's first annual COSTUME theme party CARNIVAL, Saturday April 30th! Located in the heart of Philadelphia, this Indoor/Outdoor space will be transformed for an amazing experience for all of our friends and family. With 3 rooms of sound, lights & vibe, there will be 3 different types of music in each room for your pleasure! The outdoor space will be transformed into a carnival, with all of your favorite games and performances that you loved throughout the years!
